I joined deviantART several months ago in february. The community was great and it felt like a second home. A place to share your art and meet new people, a place to make friends, and a place to hang out. I love ART, and never thought I could make much myself, friends convinced me otherwise.

I was accepted as one of the MN@, a great team, surely one of the best here at dA shortly after. Always working to improve the community and everyone's experience here at dA. I loved working with the other MN@ and helping out on dAmn. However the atmosphere here has changed. Its no longer just about art and community the recent events make this all too clear.

The current situation, how °jark has been treated, the vanishing comments, and the way the community has been kept in the dark far too long is greatly disappointing. Its painfully clear now that the current administration here just can't grasp what a health and happy community really is, what it takes to run a place like dA.

I fear for the future of deviantART and what tomorrow will bring. For the sake of the ART which I care greatly for... I hope the community never gives up, and stays strong.

I cannot and will not work in an environment like this any longer, not just because of the treatment of °jark, but because of they way the community is treated, the indifference and lack of support. So I give my farewell to the MN@, to the administration here, hopefully now they will take the time to listen to the community and realize what they have done.

I have no intentions of leaving the community, my friends, or the ART for they can never be replaced.
